Tipton, daughter of Maxine Milby Marr, of Louisville, and the late Woodrow Jeffries, died January 30, 1998, at Norton Hospital in Louisville. She was born June 6, 1954, in Taylor County. She was 43 years of age. She is survived by two daughters, Faith Lynn Tipton and Hope Lee Tipton; her parents, Maxine and Donald Marr; her grandmothers, Lilly Milby and Fern Jeffries; and one grandchild, Jessica Lee Gabbard. Funeral services were held Monday, February 2, at Resthaven Funeral Home Chapel with burial in the Resthaven Memorial Park. Rev. Jim Butler officiated. Obituaries of Green Co.
