August 15th at the home of her sister, Mrs. Eddie Elmore, near Lobb Rev. D. L. Druien was in charge of the services, assisted by Rev. Frank Leavell. Burial was in the family cemetery. The daughter of the late George W. Vance and Mrs. Icy Bell Ratliff Vance, she was born in Green County September 27, 1895. She was a member of the Pleasant Valley Baptist Church. She is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Ervin Elmore of Coakley and Mrs. Eddie Elmore of Lobb; one niece, Mrs. George Arnold Bloyd; two nephews, George Elliott and Charlie Walton Elmore; one uncle, Joe Vance, two aunts, Mrs. Mollie Rattliff and Mrs. Laura Martin. Pallbearers were Earnest Bell, George A. Bloyd, Emmett Bell, Ruby Rattliff, George Henry Vance and Otis Clell Skaggs. Obituaries of Green Co. Ky.
