Harvey Berry and Mrs. Lucinda Ann Rattliff Berry, was born October 19, 1910 in Green County and departed this life on Thursday November 19,1998, at the Green Hill Manor Nursing Home in Greensburg. She was 88 years and one month of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Brush Creek Baptist Church. She united in marriage to Mr Benjamin Franklin Ward on December 10, 1931, who preceded her in death on 23 Jul 1968. To this union were born two daughters and two sons: Adele Larimore and Thelma Curry, both of Greensburg. She was preceded in death by Billy Ward and Wayne Ward. She is also survived by a son-m-law and a daughter-in-law Jim Curry of Greensburg and Bernice Ward of Summersville; six grandchildren: Cindy Berry Barry Ward, Terry Larimore, Ladonna Ward, Tim Curry and Melony Renfrew; two step-grandchildren; Keith Roberts and Robbie Roberts; six great-grandchildren; four step-great-grandchild! ren, and a host of other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by 5 brothers and three sisters: Otha Berry, Emmitt Berry, Elbert Berry, Raymond Berry, Lillie Walker, Mary Berry, Winford Berry and Elizabeth Berry. The funeral services for Mrs. Emma Lee Berry Ward were conducted Saturday, November 21, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Bennett Cemetery. Rev. Carlos Compton, Rev. Otis Skaggs and Rev. Danny Nelson officiated. Pallbearers were Barry Ward, Tim Curry, J.D. Pruitt, Terry Larimore, Rudy Renfrew, Jr. and Calvin Durrett. Obituaries of Green Co. Ky.
