He was 65 years, six months and 17 days of age. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Oak Forest Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He united in marriage to Miss Bernice Smith on December 26, 1957, who survives. To this union was born one daughter, Ladonna Ward, of Summersville. He is also survived by two sisters, Thelma Curry and Adele Larimore, both of Greensburg, and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by one brother, Wayne Ward. The funeral services for Mr. Billy Ward were conducted Friday, April 10, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Bennett Cemetery. Rev. Otis Clell Skaggs, Rev. Fred Miller and Rev. Jerry Noe officiated. Active pallbearers were Te! rry Larimore, Tim Curry, Barry Ward, Byron Larimore, Jimmy "Buck" Henderson, Jimmy Berry, Donny Vaughn and William Thompson. Honorary pallbearers were Eugene Walker, Pete Vaughn, Ronnie Ford, Stanley Moss, Bobby Rattliff, Brooks Milby and George Smith. Obituaries of Green Co. Ky.
