He was a member of Greasy Creek Baptist Church and loved his radios and television. He was also preceded in death by a baby sister, Regina Carol Carter on August 3, 1934. Survivors include a sister and brother-in-law, Ramona and Ronnie Russell of Green County; a brother and sister-in-law, Donnie and Ruthie Judd of Green County; and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, February 23, 2008 at Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg with burial in Greasy Creek Cemetery. Bro. Landon Hadley, Bro. Jerry Carter, and Bro. Wayne Morgan officiated. Pallbearers: Ronnie Russell, Marty Russell, Wayne Morgan, Donnie Judd, Charles Carter, Harvey Beauchamp, Bobby Rodgers, Ray Houk, and Bobby Joe Burress. Honorary !
