He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mallie Marie Dile; four daughters: Janice Rose, Diane, Peggy Dorise and Wanda Kay Dile; one son, Freddie Dile, all of Elizabethtown. Other survivors are seven brothers: James Dile, Greensburg; Robert and Rollin Dile, both of Columbia; Richard Dile, Gas City, Ind.; Freeman and Henry Dile, both of Elizabethtown; Leon Dile, Tiskiliva, Ill.; four sisters: Magdaline Wilson, Greensburg, Ethel Mae Berry, Summersville, Maxine Shanks, Elizabethtown and Mary Ann Russell, Fountain Run, Ky. Services were held at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home Tuesday, August 11, at 10:00 a.m. with burial in the Thurlow Jesus Church Cemetery. Rev. Clyde Faulkner and Rev. V. A. Jones officiated.
