She was 88 years of age. She was a homemaker and a member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church in Green County. She was preceded in death by her husband: Dalmer DeSpain; her parents: Victor and Julie Ann Bloyd Noe; a sister Lillie King and five brothers Leonard Noe, Arvie "Shorty" Noe, Andrew Noe, Otis Noe and George Noe. She is survived by a son and daughter-in-law: Larry D. and Cindy DeSpain of Louisville; a brother: Orville and his wife Darlene Noe of Creal; two grandchildren: Sara and her husband Michael Smith and Tommy DeSpain, all of Elizabethtown; two step-grandchildren: Wanda Hall and Teresa Isaac, both of Louisville; two step-great-grandsons: Tyler Isaac and Cody Hall and a special friend: Diane DeSpain. The funeral services for DeSpain were conducted Jan. 14 at Dixon-Rogers Funeral Home in Magnolia with burial in the Magnolia Cemetery. Rev. Darrell Hensley officiated.
