Monday at the Greensburg Presbyterian Church for Mrs. Claudia Henry Vaughn, who died Sunday, September 20 at Mrs. Metzmeier's Nursing Home, Campbellsville, at the age of 79 years. Services were conducted by Rev. V. A. Jones, Rev. J. V. Case and Rev. E. S. Denton. Burial was in the Greensburg Cemetery. The daughter of the late Jefferson Henry and Mrs. Josephine Perry Henry, she was born in Green County, October 23, 1873. She was a member of the Greensburg Presbyterian Church. She was united in marriage to Early Vaughn, October 28, 1894. To this union one daughter and three sons were born. Surviving are one daughter Mrs. S. D. Hutcheson, and one son, Ralph Vaughn, both of Greensburg; 11 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, and one uncle, Joe Perry, Greensburg. She was preceded in death by her husband and two sons Jefferson Henry Vaughn and Milton A. Vaughn. Pallbearers were Walton Burress, Paul Calhoon, Woodruf Calhoon, Frank Gilkerso! n, Richard Hag- and Sam Moore. Obituaries of Green Co. Ky.
