Beams, 89, Hillview, died Sat 25 Sep, at White Hall Hospital. Mrs. Beams was born in Green Co., Ky., 22 Dec 1892, dau of William and Julia Dobson Vaughn. Survivors include 4 daughters: Mrs. Elvis (Velma) Willis, Elizabethtown, Ky; Mrs. Ralph (Mildred) Preston, Milltown, Ind; Mrs. Cyrus (Doris) Wiesemann, Louisville, Ky; and Mrs. Charles (Almeda) Decker, Franklin; 3 sons, Walter Wayne, Harmon and Stanley, all of Hillview; 35 grandchildren; 90 great-grandchildren; and 26 great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son, Eugene, 2 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Beams was a member of Hillview Baptist Church where services will be 1 pm Tues.
