She was 94 years, six months and five days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Hodges Chapel United Methodist Church at the time of her death. She united in marriage to Mr. Edward Cumberledge on June 1, 1955, who preceded her in death on March 12, 1984. She is survived by one stepson and one daughter-in-law: Stanley E. and Joyce Cumberledge of Georgia. Mrs. Cumberledge was preceded in death by one brother, Mr. Guy Milby; two half-brothers: Smith Milby and Arthur Milby; two half-sisters: Mrs. Ophia Marcum and Mamie Hodges. She is also survived by one step-grandson: Russell E. Cumberledge of Georgia, several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral! services for Mrs. Willia Milby Cumberledge were conducted at 10:00 a.m. Friday, May 26, at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Wilson Cemetery. Rev. Irvin Milby officiated. Pallbearers were Charlie Hall, Ed Altman, Arthur Chaudoin, Bud Price, Jessie Morton Henderson and Pete Vaughn. Obituaries of Green Co. Ky.
