He was 81 years, six months and three days of age. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church at the time of his death. Mr. Blakeman had been a farmer all his life. He united in marriage to Miss Frances Workman on December 19, 1935, who survives. To this union was born one son, Bobby G. Blakeman, Greensburg. Mr. Blakeman is also survived by one sister, Morton Wright, Greensburg; his daughter-in-law, Faye Blakeman; three grandchildren: Faron Blakeman, Campbellsville, Julia DeJarnette, Alabama, and Jill Saranga, Ammon, Jordon; three great-grandchildren: Austin and Jessica Blakeman, Campbellsville, and Aaron DeJarnette, Alabama, and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral f! or Mr. Edwin Blakeman was conducted Wednesday, June 3, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Bethlehem. Cemetery. Rev. Twyman Davis and Rev. Robert Morris officiated. Pallbearers were Kendall Ennis, Mike McKinney, Wayne Pruitt, Mike Hall, Robert Ennis, Ronnie Combs, Walter Thomas Blakeman and Mark Chaudoin. Obituaries of Green Co.
