Cox, Campbellsville, daughter of the late Foster Ferguson and Fannie Bright Ferguson, was born on July 20, 1916 in Taylor County and died at 8:00 a.m. Sunday, February 24 in Campbellsville. She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Mannsville United Methodist Church. She united in marriage to George B. Cox, who preceded her in death on May 8, 1988. She was also preceded in death by two sons, Carlton Cox on April 13, 1970 and Dwight Cox in infancy. Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Wayne and Phyllis Cox, Campbellsville; two granddaughters, Katrine Rucker and husband Steve, Murfreesboro, TN, and Tara Rutherford and husband Andy, Winter Park, FL; three great-grandchildren, Candice Rucker, Murfreesboro, TN, and Steve Rutherford and Brianna Rutherford, both of Winter Park, FL; and several nieces, nephews, many other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 26, 2008 at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbel! lsville by Rev. Richard Lowe. Burial in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers: Jerry Cox, Sambo Cox, Billy Dabney, Roy Holt, Jessie Ming, Jr., and Steve Rucker. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
