She was 63 years, eight months and 11 days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Mt. Lebanon United Methodist Church. She served as the church secretary and treasurer for several years and was very community minded, helping out wherever she was needed. She was employed at the Mitchell & Edwards store for 35 years, where she was serving as the store manager. She was also the former manager of the Golden Thimble Fabric Shop. She united in marriage to Mr. Willard Clark on June 2, 1951, who survives. To this union was born one daughter and one son: Rita Lea Thompson of Greensburg and Philip Ray Clark of Campbellsville. She is also survived by one sister and one brother: Elizabeth Clark and Leon Phillips, bot! h of Greensburg; three grandchildren, one great-grandchild, three step-grandchildren, three step-great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral services for Mrs. Lillian Clark were conducted Friday, May 7, at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Campbellsville Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Rev. Robert Morris officiated. Active pallbearers were Bill Edwards, Dwight Sandidge, Sam Underwood, Bobby Durham, Billy Simpson, Royce Clark, James Mitchell and Mont Ford. Honorary pallbearers were the Mt. Lebanon adult Sunday school class and employees and former employees of the Mitchell & Edwards store. Obituaries of Green Co. Ky.
