E. Wilson, died suddenly at her home in Columbia, Thursday evening, August. 28. She had been in declining health for several years. Mrs. Wilson was born and reared in Green County, and was the daughter of the late J. W. and Charlotte Ermine Durham. She and Mr. Wilson moved to Columbia from here many years ago. She was a member of the Columbia Presbyterian Church. She was the mother of twelve children, four of whom preceded her in death. Survivors include her husband, five daughters, Mrs. Leo Wheatley, Mrs. John Burr, Mrs. Josh Allen Butler, all of Columbia, Mrs. Guy Moss, of Campbellsville, and Miss Margaret Wilson, Glasgow; three, sons, Harry and William Wilson, of Columbia, and Sammy Wilson, Biggs Air Force Base, El Paso, Texas; three sisters, Mrs Rollin Perkins, Louisville; Mrs. Philmore Vaughn, Greensburg, and Mrs. Joseph MeLean, Columbia; two brothers, Foster and Howard Durham, Cincinnati, Ohio, and nine grandchildren. Funeral ser! vices were held Sunday, Aug 31, at 2:00 pm at the Columbia Presbyterian Church by Rev. A.C. Wyckoff, assisted by Rev. A.H. Phillips. Interment was in the Columbia Cem. The pallbearers were Hobart Durham and Hardin Durham, of Greensburg, Gowdy Durham, Walker Durham, O. A. Durham and Douglas Durham.
