Byerly, of Marengo, Indiana, died Sunday morning, March 29,1998, at Todd Dickey Medical Center, Leavenworth, Indiana. She was a member of Marengo United Methodist Church. She was born in Greensburg to Thomas Jefferson Wright and Polly Rayburn Wright. She was the wife of James E. (Jimmie) Cook and Roland Byerly, both deceased. Funeral services were held at Dillmon Green Funeral Home in Marengo, Indiana, Tuesday, March 31, at 1 p.m. (EST) with interment in Marengo Cemetery. She is survived by one sister, Bessie Atherton, of Campbellsville, three daughters, Elizabeth McLemore of Bowling Green, Dorothy Sloan of Munfordville, and Rebecca Judd of Marengo, and one son, James E. Cook, of Bowling Green. Other survivors include seven grandchildren, four great-grandchildren, six great-great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Obituaries of Green Co. Ky.
