The Reverend H. J. Conover, assisted by the Reverend John Eastridge was in charge of the rites. Burial was in the Cane Valley Cemetery. Brockman, 20, was killed instantly when the car in which he was riding hit an embankment about two miles from Greensburg on the Columbia Road. Brockman is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Brockman Cane Valley: four brothers, Robert, Davis Bowlin. Paul Houston, and Oris Brockman, all of Adair county; two sisters, Mrs. Russell Garmon and Miss Edna Brockman of Adair, and many relatives in Green county. Pallbearers were Paul Cundiff, Edgar Wilcoxson, Robert Absher, Bob Turner, and Ray Cundiff. Flower girls were Ethel Brockman, Julia Brockman, Mary E. Wilcoxson, Mary Ruth Page, Judy Hancock, Sarah Betty and Carol Hancock. Obituaries of Green Co.
