Richardson, widow of the late Judge Basil Richardson. Mrs. Richardson, 79, died at the Community Hospital, Sept. 2, following several months of declining ,health. She was the daughter of the late James B. and Tabitha Kirkpatrick Evans and was born at Tompkinsville. She is survived by one son, John E. Richardson, Glasgow attorney; four grandchildren, John E.
