J. Samson Community Hospital, Glasgow. The Green County native was the daughter of the late John L. and Irene Karnes Sullivan. She was a member of the Cave City Christian Church and was retired from the banking and insurance business. Survivors include her husband, John Petillo, Cave City; four brothers, J.L. Sullivan, Lilburn Sullivan, Billy Sullivan, Weldon Sullivan, all of Hopkinsville; one sister, Carol Sargent of Hopkinsville; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Mrs. Kathryn Petillo were held Monday, August 24, at the Bob Hunt Funeral Chapel, Cave City. Graveside services were held at the Powell Cemetery, Lafayette Kentucky, Christian County, on Tuesday, August 25. Obituaries of Green Co. Ky.
