Mr. Skaggs worked at Roller Bearing Inc. and was a member of the Liberty Missionary Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Alberta Brooks Skaggs, of Elizabethtown; father and step-mother, Dolph and Pat Skaggs, of Tifton, Georgia; mother and step-father, Roxye and Dennis Milby, of Mt. Sherman; a daughter, Miranda Skaggs Ray of Ft. Knox; four brothers, Rev. Timothy Skaggs of Evansville, Indiana, Rudolph Skaggs and Patrick Skaggs, both of Tifton, Georgia, and Lance Skaggs of Ft. Seal, Oklahoma; one step-brother, Michael Sivalia of Tifton, Georgia; two sisters, Saundra Hill of Mt. Sherman and Joy Evans of Elizabethtown; and his grandparents, Peter and Dessie Montelonga of Tifton, Georgia. Funeral services were held Sunday, April 11, at Manakee Funeral Home in Elizabethtown with Rev. Timothy Skaggs officiating. Interment was in the Sonora Cemetery. Obituaries of Green Co. Ky.
