Rev. Elder Herbert Martin and Rev. Smith were in charge of Services. Burial was in the Hudson Cem. The son of the late Mr. George Price and Mrs. Janie Stearman Price, he was born in Green Co 10 Jun 1899. He was a member of the Free Church of God. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Ada Milby Price; 1 step-son, Woodrow Edwards; 1 foster son, William Milion; 2 brothers, Leslie Price of Golden City, Mo., Henry Price of Gabe; 1 sister, Lillian Haynes of Louisville; also 3 step-grandchildren, Elizabeth Jones, Bill Edwards, and Jean Carol Edwards, several nieces and nephews.
