His death occurred a short time after his return from a Christmas shopping trip to Greensburg. He was the son of the late Jim Price and Mrs. Annie Shofner Price, and was born in Green Co. 11 Feb 1890. He was a member of the Hodges Chapel Methodist Church. He was united in marriage to Miss Annie Skaggs on September 1, 1911. To this union five daughters and six sons were born. Besides his wife he is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Thelma Henderson, Louisville, Ky., Mrs. Virginia Vincent, Owensboro, Ky., Mrs. Lilly Toadvine, Louisville, Ky., Mrs. Mildred Kinder, Tucson, Az., Miss Mazie Price, Greensburg; six sons, Paul, William, Joe and Milton Price, Greensburg; Shelby Price, Louisville, Ky., and Alford Price, Evansville, Ind.; two sisters, Mrs. Betty Hash of Taylor County, and Mrs. Dave Milby of Green County: two brothers, Love Price of Green County, and Garnett Price of LaSalle, Illin! ois; and 23 grandchildren.
