She was 94 years, nine months and one day of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Aetna Grove Baptist Church. She united in marriage to Mr. Richard "Dick" Parker on October 16, 1918, who preceded her in death on January 15, 1977. She is survived by one daughter: Edna Dobson of Sparta, Tennessee; two grandsons: Dale Dobson of Nashville, Tennessee and Kenny Dobson of Sparta Tennessee; two great-grandchildren: Lashay and Kendal Dobson, both of Sparta, Tennessee. The funeral services for Mrs. Nettie Beatrice McCubbin Parker, were conducted at 1 p.m Saturday, November 23, at the Cowherd & Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Aetna Grove Cemetery. Rev.
