Sunday, August 24 for Clyde Ping who died Friday, August 22 at the Somerset Hospital after a prolonged illness. Services were conducted by Dr. Preston L. Ramsey at the Somerset Baptist Church with burial in the Somerset City Cemetery. Mr. Ping, a former resident of Green County, has lived in Somerset for the past 11 years. He taught school in Green County for several years. Survivors are his wife, Mrs. Carolyn Larimore Ping; one daughter Theresa Alice; 2 sisters, Mrs. Bill Wilson and Mrs. Dewey Waddle; and one brother, Eugene Ping. Those attending the funeral from here were Mrs. Minnie Howard, Mrs. W. E. Burress, Mr. and Mrs. Harold Gorin and daughter, Linda Lou, Mrs. Lettie Gorin, Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Coakley, Jr., Mr. Henry Parish, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Clark, Mr. and Mrs. C. R.
