Tuesday at the Ebenezer Presbyterian Church for Mrs. Mary Emma Paxton who died Sunday, November 30 9:15 a. m. at the Clinic Hospital, Glasgow at the age of 63. Rev. V. A. Jones was in charge of services. Burial was in the Bethlehem cemetery. The daughter of the late Thomas Burress and Mrs. Frances Burress, she was born in Green County December 24, 1888. She professed faith in Christ early in life and united with Ebenezer Presbyterian Church where-she remained a member until death. She was united in marriage to Hugh Paxton in 1916. To this union one son and one daughter were born. Besides her husband, she is survived by T. J. Paxton, Green County; Mrs. Ida Lee Reale of Nashville, Tenn.; two brothers, George Burress and Tyler Burress, both of Greensburg; 4 grandchildren. Active pallbearers were Edgar Lowe, Ben Burress, Walton Burress, James Ralph Cowherd, Lawrence Burress, Everett Norris. Active pallbearers were J. W.
