He was ill only a few days. An autopsy was performed but the cause of his death has not been learned. His wife was the former Mrs. Bonnie Burress, Greensburg. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bonnie Thompson Summers; two sons, Allen Clarence and George Larkin Summers, both in the Army; a daughter, Mrs. Clarence Oliver, Bowling Green; a brother, Perry Summers, Lexington, and three sisters, Mrs. W. E. Williams and Mrs. Robert Stewart, Glendale, and Mrs. O. C Hamilton, Elizabethtown. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon at the Glendale Christian Church, and burial was in the Glendale Cemetery. Obituaries of Green Co.
