For Mrs. Almedia Robertson Stilts who died 15 Sep 1949 at the age of 95. Services conducted by Rev. J. Banta, were held at Little Barren Church with burial in Atwell Cem. In Jan 1873 she was united in marriage to Reubin Jackson Robertson and to this union 5 children were born, four of whom survive. This companion died in Nov 1906. Several years later she was married to Joe Stilts who is also now deceased. One dau, Mary C. Franklin, passed away almost 5 years ago. "Aunt Media" as she was affectionately called by so many friends, was a charter member of Little Barren Baptist Church and an active member of the Eastern Star. She is survived by a dau, Mrs. Dora Clark, Sulphur Well; 3 sons, George C. Robertson, Bowling Green; Sam G. Robertson, Center; and Ernest J. Robertson, Center; 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, and 14 great-great-grandchildren; also 2 step-sons and 2 step-daughters. Pallbearers were Delbert Robertson, Ellis Clark, Van ! Clark, Claude Slinker, Dennis Robertson, Dallas Franklin. Honorary pallbearers were Carmon Robertson, Forrest Phillips, Clifton Nunn, and Buster Clark. Obituaries of Green Co.
