I would put my money on Ratliff Thompson as the father of Moses, Israel, Jonathan and William Reeves Thompson. I show his wife as Catherine Compton/Cumpton. They married about 1797 in Green Co., KY. I have daughters Elizabeth and Molly and a son, Moses, born 10 May 1800 attributed to them. I believe the birth date is from the Archibald Thompson diary.
