Monday, November 29,1971 at the Green Hill Manor Nursing Home in Greensburg. He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Oak Grove Separate Baptist Church at the time of his death. He united in marriage to Miss Sarah Jane Bishop in 1897 and she preceded him in death July 5, 1949. To this union were born two daughters and one son. Surviving is Mrs. Clarence Judd, Louisville. Carl Price preceded his father in death August 12, 1960 and a daughter, Stella Price died in infancy. Mr. Price is also survived by one half-brother: Tommy Price and one half-sister: Mrs. Audrey Taylor. Funeral services were conducted at 1 P.M. (CST) Wednesday, December 1, 1971 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Revs. Carlis Compton and Terry Bishop officia! ted.
