She was a member of the Greensburg Separate Baptist Church at the time of her death. She united in marriage to Frank Adkins, who preceded her in death 27 Dec 1976. To this union was born 1 dau, Peggy Joyce Adkins, Greensburg. She later united in marriage to Willard W. Paxton, who preceded her in death 25 Dec 1965. Besides her dau, Mrs. Paxton is survived by 2 sisters, Mrs. Flossie Parson and Mrs. Ortella Judd, both of Greensburg and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services were conducted at 2 pm Sun 22 Nov 1980 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home. Burial was in the Bethlehem Cem. Rev. William Karnes officiated.
