Services were held at the Trammell Creek Church with Reverend Manley Towles in charge. Burial was in the family cemetery. Mrs. Perkins was born September 10, 1890. In 1929 she married Samuel L. Perkins and to this union two children were born, both of whom died in infancy. She professed faith in Christ at an early age and was a member of the Trammell Creek Baptist Church at the time of her death. Surviving besides her husband are one daughter, Mrs. Geneva Dean, Butlerville, Ind., and four step-children, Miss Audrey Perkins, New York, Geryl Lee, US Army, Carl, Greensburg, and Rev. Rual T. Perkins, Louisville. Also surviving are one sister, Mrs. E. G. Pierce. Danville, IL., and two brothers, Bryant Curry, Pierce and Clifford Curry, Wellington, IL. Pallbearers were Orville Judd, Estel Curry, Buford Curry, Smith Tucker, Warren Perkins, Woodrow McKinney. Obituaries of Green Co. Ky.
