Price, dau of the late Mr. John Lewis Akin and Mrs. Mary Birch Cantrell Akin, was born 1 Apr 1897 in Green Co. and departed this life Tues 25 Nov 1980 at her home in Louisville, Ky. She united in marriage to Mr. George Leslie Price, who preceded her in death. To this union were born 2 daughters: Mrs. Aletha Jaggers, Louisville and Mrs. Ola Mae Perkins, Indianapolis, Indiana. Mrs. Price is also survived by 1 brother: Charlie Akin, Allendale, Ky; 12 grandchildren, and 18 great-grandchildren and host of other relatives and friends. The funeral was conducted at 10 am Fri 28 Nov 1980 at the Vine St. Baptist Church in Louisville. Graveside services were conducted at 12 pm Fri at the Allendale Cem. Obituaries of Green Co. Ky.
