He is survived by three brothers and three sisters: Gordon, Lindsey, Lloyd Pickett, Myrtle Whitlock, Audrey Akin and Dorothy Bonta, all of Greensburg. Inus Pickett preceded him in death in March 1912. He is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral service were conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26, at Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Greensburg Cemetery. The Rev. Carlos Coop and the Rev. Wilburn Bonta officiated. Pallbearers were Georgie Vance, Edd Holland, Richard Simpson, Elam Perkins, Ike Dangerfield, and William Coffey. Obituaries of Green Co.
