He died at 4 p.m., Sunday, November 28 [1976], enroute to Taylor County Hospital. He is survived by his father and mother: Mr. Jack Allen Perkins of Campbellsville, Route 5, and Mrs. Diane Beard Stuart of Louisville, Kentucky; his paternal grandparents: Mr. and Mrs. Jack Perkins of Campbellsville, Route S; maternal grandparents: Rev. and Mrs. Shiley Beard of Greensburg, Route 3: maternal great-grandmother: Mrs. Dorothy Penick of Louisville; maternal great-grandmother: Mrs. Roy Sexton of Campbellsville. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m., Tuesday, November 30, at Parrott and Ramsey Funeral Chapel in Campbellsville by Rev. A. A. Durrett and Rev. Dan Hunt. Burial was in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers were Jeff Milby, Danny Blakeman, David Allen Blakeman, and Brian Perkins. Obituaries of Green Co. Ky.
