She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church at the time of her death. She united in marriage to Mr. Edd Hobson Neagle October 31,1897 who preceded her in death October 15, 1961. To this union were born two sons and four daughters: Richard Neagle, Newt; Mrs. Lizzie Lampkins, Louisville; Mrs. Lucy Jeffries, Exie; Tommy Neagle, Exie; Mrs. Alice Keith, Indiana; and Mrs. Lorene Scott, Michigan. Mrs. Neagle is also survived by nine grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 22, 1970 at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home with burial in the Neagle Cemetery. Rev. E. T. Caffee officiated. Pallbearers were: Truman, ! Walter and Wallace Neagle, Alvin Keith, Guindell Jeffries and Eudean Scott. Obituaries of Green Co.
