Larimore, 89, 212 S. Main St., Greensburg, died Jan. 2, 1979, at 1 a.m. at Adair County Memorial Hospital in Columbia after a short illness. He was born April 4, 1889, in Green County, son of the late Luther Larimore and Sarah Noe Larimore. Mr. Larimore is a retired school teacher. He was a member of the Summersville Baptist Church and a member of the William B. Allen Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mayme [Howard] Larimore, Greensburg; one son, Paul Larimore, Campbellsville; one step-son, Jackie Lee, Louisville; one grandson, Dr. Paul Larimore, Jr., Georgetown; and four great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted Thursday, January 4, at 1 p.m. at Foster Jones Funeral Home in Greensburg by Rev. Gilbert Larimore and Rev. Irvin Milby. Burial was in Greensburg Cemetery.
