He was the son of the late Will Ed Lobb and Mrs. Ermine Graham. He was a minister in the Church of the Nazarene for 37 years. His ministry included Sparksville, Wurtland, Ravenna, Corbin and Erlanger, Ky. His last pastorate before retirement was Dayton, Ohio. He united in marriage to Miss Delia Lobb December 12, 1923, who survives. To this union were born two daughters: Mrs. Delores Murray, Jacksonville, Florida; Mrs. Wilma Heaberlin, Nashville, Tenn.; Montey Lobb, Cincinnati, Ohio. Other survivors include 10 grandchildren; three sisters: Mrs. Flora Glasscock, Shively; Dr. Mae Lobb, Palm Springs, California; Mrs. Lottie Milby, Greensburg; two brothers: Marvin Lobb and Rev. Oscar Lobb, both of Greensburg and a host of other relatives and friends. A memorial service was conducted by pastor J.K. Warrick at Springdale Church of the Nazarene, assisted by ! Dr. Dallas Baggett, Supt. of the Southwestern Ohio District on March 27, 1979. The funeral was held at Summersville Church of the Nazarene with Revs. Harold Graves (District Supt. of San Antonio, Texas), Curtis Martin officiating. Soloist was Jim Tippins of Fairfield, Ohio. Burial was in Memory Gardens. Active pallbearers were grandsons: Loren and Daryl Murray, Tim and Mac Heaberlin, Montey and Christian Lobb, and nephews, Leon and Ewan Lobb, assisted by Gordon Milby, James Wallace Lobb and D.L.
