Hamilton. 70, daughter of the late Edward and Caddie Vaughn Whitlow, was born November 9, 1897 at Donansburg, Ky. in Green County and died at 5:30 sum. Wednesday, July 10, at her home in East Alton, Illinois. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and had united with the New Salem Baptist Church. She is survived by two brothers and two sisters: Raymond Whitlow, Wood River, Illinois and Coble Whitlow, Donansburg, Ky.; Mrs. Nellie Atwell, Louisville and Mrs. Effie Bale, Greensburg. Funeral services were held at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home, Friday, July 12, with burial in the Davenport Cemetery. The Rev. Manly Towles officiated.
