Hancock, 62, former publisher of Scottsburg, Indiana Chronicle were held May 22 at the Vest Funeral Home with burial In the Scottsburg Cemetery. He was married to the former Clara McKinney of Green County, who survives. She Is a half-sister of Mrs. Viola Clark. Also surviving are one son William Hancock and one daughter, Mrs. Betty Morris of Scottsburg. Those from Greensburg visiting the family at Scottsburg were Mr. and Mrs. L. R. Froggett and Frankie, Mr. and Mrs. Bruce Clark, Mr. and Mrs. Avery Shuffett, Mrs. Lee Jeffries, Miss Dee Beard and Mrs. Viola Clark. Obituaries of Green Co.
