He had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Jacob's Grove Baptist Church at the time of his death. He united in marriage to Miss Annie Turner, who preceded him in death. To this union was born one daughter: Mrs. Elsie Ford, Indianapolis, Ind. He later united in marriage to Miss Anna Smith, who preceded him in death. Mr. Hodges is also survived by one brother: Willie T. Hodges, Greensburg; three grandchildren: Nancy Ford, James C. Ford and Carolyn Ford, all of Indianapolis; four great-grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at the Jacob's Grove Baptist Church Wednesday, May 28, 1969 at 1 p.m. with burial in the Cave Spring Cemetery. Rev. C. C. Willis officiated. Obituaries of Green Co.
