The body was identified by several Campbellsville men at an inquest held Saturday afternoon in Jamestown. The accident occurred June 17th when Cave was alone in a boat fishing in the lake. Cave was a Veteran of World War II and was employed by the Caulk Building and Supply Company at Campbellsville. Besides his wife, he is survived by his mother, Mrs . She was 67 years, one, month and five days of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. She united in marriage to Mr. Donald Creason of Greensburg, who survives. She is also survived by three sons and four daughters: Dennis Creason of Campbellsville. Donnie Creason of Campbellsville, Randy Creason of Greensburg, Frances Turner of Scottsville, Nadean Napier of Scottsville, Rita McKenzie of Greensburg, and Sandy Borders of Greensburg; two brothers and one sister: James Payne of New Iberia, Louisiana, David Payne of Clearwater, Florida, and Violet Whitson of New Albany, Indiana; fourteen grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, fourteen great-grandchildren, and seven step-great-grandch! ildren; and a host of other relatives and friends. Coakley; he died while in Deaconess hospital, Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Coakley was on of the most prominent and outstanding citizens of this county, having made success in his farming and business activities. He was one of the largest land owners of the county and set a good example in this relationships with his tenants; he and they were more like partners and in fact that is what they were in the true sense, and some of them had been in business with him for many years. He was affiliated with the Greensburg Baptist Church at the time of his death and for several years prior thereto. In the church the same characteristics were manifest, that of factivity and advancement. The surest most accurate measure of the greatness of character of J.W. Coakley was the indelible influence reflected in the family has many years of married life happily spent with Mallie Perkins, the s! weetheart of his boyhood and manhood the mother of his 4 fine children: Mrs. Harold Gorin, Mrs. Henry Moss, Mrs Henry Parish and J.W. Coakley, Jr. All of whom command the love and respect of everyone and all of whom are active in civic and religious affairs. As the giant oak in the forest falls, so has a great man fallen; a very great loss indeed to home, community and church. He was a friend to many and had many friends. A veteran of World War I, Mr. Coffey made his home in Greensburg until about ten years ago when he moved with his family to Illinois. He served as a member of the Greensburg Police force. The son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Melvin Coffey, he was born in Green County, July 6, 1900. He was a member of the Greensburg Baptist Church. He was united in marriage to Miss Edna Gordon. To this union one son was born. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Edna Coffey of Brooklyn, N.
