He was born February 11, 1925 in Green County, the son of Mrs. Ida Lile and the late Wayne Lile. In addition to his mother, his survivors include his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Paxton Lile; a daughter, Mrs. Kay Squires, Greensburg; a grandson, Billy Mike Squires, Greensburg; a brother, Bill Lile, Greensburg; four sisters, Mrs. Marguerite Kessler and Mrs. Edith Squires of Greensburg, Mrs. Clydene Bagby, Cambridge, Ohio and Mrs. Ann Thomas, Elizabethtown, Ky. He had been employed as a mechanic at Fort Knox and was the owner and operator of a farm in the Bethlehem Community. He was a Veteran of World War II. Lile was a member of the Bethlehem Baptist Church where he had served as church treasurer for the past 17 years. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon, June 26, at the Bethlehem Baptist Church with the Reverends Gary Ervin, Rick Clark, and Land! on Hadley officiating. Pallbearers were Terry Lile, Tim Thomas, Ed Bell, J.D. Paxton, Terry Paxton, and Gary Burris. Burial was in Bethlehem Cemetery with Military Rites. He was 58 years of age. He united in marriage to Miss Opal Pierce January 7, 1933 and she preceded him in death May 22, 1958. To this union were born four daughters and one son: Robert Lile, Glasgow; Mrs. Virginia Campbell, Mrs. Devona Conrad and Mrs. Joan Dowell all of Greensburg; and Mrs. Sheilda Bailey, Edinburg, Indiana. Mr. Lile is also survived by four sisters: Mrs. Pearl Whitlock, Mrs. Irene Kelly, and Mrs. Ruth Nunn all of Greensburg and Mrs. Ruby Hubert, Mason City, Illinois; and 10 grandchildren. Funeral services were conducted at the Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home Sunday, November 24, with burial in the Casey Creek Cemetery. The Rev. Manly Towles officiated. Saturday, January 22, 1977 at Nortons-Children Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky, after an extended illness. She was 66 years of age. She had made a profession of faith in Christ and was a member of the Beech Grove Baptist Church at the time of her death. She was the widow of Mr. Olie Larimore who preceded her in death on March 26, 1975. To this union were born four sons: Rev. Gilbert Larimore, Robert Larimore, Lawerence Larimore all of Greensburg and Tommy Larimore of Radcliff, Ky. She is survived by 8 grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. The remains were at the Foster-Jones Funeral Home where funeral services were conducted at 1:00 P.M. Monday, January 24, 1977 with burial in the Beech Grove Cemetery. Rev. Daniel Hunt and Rev. He is also survived by three brothers, Loyse Larimore, Edward Larimore and George Wess Larimore of Dayton, Ohio; 25 grandchildren and 21 great grand-children. Funeral services were held at 1:30 p. m. He professed faith in Christ in early manhood and united with the Summersville Baptist Church, later moving his membership to the Greensburg Baptist Church of which he was a member and deacon at the time of his death. A Republican, Mr. Larimore was elected Circuit Court Clerk of Green County in 1915. In 1933 he was elected as Representative from the 30th district composed of Green and Hart Counties. He was also a Deputy Collector of Internal Revenue serving under Collidge and Hoover. During the past six years he was engaged in helping prepare income tax reports for clients over Kentucky. He was married to Minnie Alice Woolridge, January 3, 1905. To this union was born four children, all of whom survive, namely; Mrs. Willis Ford, Mrs. W. R. Gumm, Greensburg, Mrs. Clyde Ping, Somerset, and AIphonso Larimore of Lexingt! on. He is also survived by one sister, Mrs. W. E. Burress, of Greensburg, six grandchildren, Douglas Larimore Ford, Greensburg, Theresa Alyce Ping, Somerset, Robert Leslie Larimore, Lexington, Dennis Gumm and Olson Gumm, Armed Forces, and Mildred Gumm, Greensburg, three nieces and a host of relatives and friends to mourn his passing. He will be missed as a companion, father, brother, relative, friend and citizen, having served them earnestly and faithfully which was his great delight, and life he loved, yet it was not possible to stay longer. Funeral services were conducted at the Greensburg Baptist Church by the Rev. S. L. Pruitt, assisted by Rev. V. A. Jones and Rev. Abraham Berry. Brady Larimore, 77, of 1417 S. Second Street, died at 10:35 a.m. Tuesday at Jewish Hospital. He was a native of Green County and had retired as a sergeant in the Army, where he had served for 22 years. Survivors include his wife, the former Marjorie Caven. The funeral was held at 11 a.m. Friday at Ratterman's, 2815 S. Fourth St., with burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Obituaries of Green Co. Ky. She was 57. A native of Logan County, and a former resident of Greensburg, Mrs. Larimore was born in Auburn, Ky., Feb. 24, 1913, daughter of Lillie Roberson and Hershel Simpson. Her father precedes her in death. She was a member of the Campbellsville Baptist Church. December 16, 1930 she was married to Edward Paul Larimore, who survives. Besides her husband, Paul of Campbellsville and mother, Mrs. Hershel Simpson, of Greensburg, she Is survived by a son, Dr. E. Paul Larimore, of Georgetown, Ky., and 4 grandchildren, Bryan, Paula, Brent and Peggy Larimore all at home; five brothers: John A. Simpson, Greensburg; Douglas Simpson, Owensboro; Roy Simpson, Virginia; Tommy and Wendell Simpson, both of Louisville; two sisters, Mrs. J.B. Henderson and Mrs. Edward Reeves, both of Greensburg. Funeral services were conducted at the L! yon Funeral Home Friday, October 23, at 2:30 p.m. by Dr. J. Chester Badgett with burial in the Greensburg Cemetery.
