Matilda and Richard lived in Breckinridge County, KY. Their oldest daughter Mary Francis Overton's death certificate lists her as being born in Grayson County, KY 26 Jun 1840. I believe Matilda Elmore's family was connected with the Lloyd/Godsey/Overton families of Rockingham NC. Any information on this Elmore family would be appreciated.
