Below is my transcription from the original census image: ---------------------------------- 1900 Census of Grayson Co., KY Shrewsbury Precinct, Family #309 ---------------------------------- Vechel Stewart, 34, Jul 1865 Magnola, 19, Apr 1881 Artie, 14, Aug 1885 Olevia, 13, Sep 1886 Nora, 10, Nov 1889 Minnie, 7, Mar 1893 James M., 2, Nov 1897 ---------------------------------- Note that James M. STEWART should be James Monroe STEWART, although I have always seen him listed as simply Monroe. Vechel and Magnolia state that they have been married for five (5) years, so they could have married by mid-1894. Magnolia states that she has had two children, with one still living (i.e., Monroe STEWART). So the for daughters should have been the children of Mary BLANTON. I did not have these daughters listed in my files, but I believe you are correct in every way, particularly about Minnie. Minnie's death certificate could help verify that Mary BLANTON was her mother. I show that one Nora STEWART married Dellie HAYES, and lived in Caneyville. Thanks again for the additional info.
