Author: alice9636 Surnames: Classification: queries Message Board URL: http://boards.rootsweb.com/localities.northam.usa.states.kentucky.counties.grayson/9809.1.1/mb.ashx Message Board Post: Don't forget the Grayson county courthouse as well. It may have burned but still has many items of value. Doing Lookups in a cemetery book ahead of time could also be useful-- find someone that can give you directons to the cemeteries. I'm not sure if your families crossed into another county (I know mine are in Butler/Grayson/Ohio Counties.) The courthouse is great in Butler County, as is the Library-- in Ohio County both are very useful as well. Alice Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list. 2. VirJean Potter Bozarth
    3. Hello, Alice Warner, What a wonderful gift you are giving to Grayson County researchers with your photographing of all the stones at the Caneyville Cemetery. I have placed many memorials into Find a Grave for the Bozarth, Dewees(e), Carroll, Hussey and Tilford family members buried in the Caneyville Cemetery. I would like to request permission for me to add the pictures you took of those stones to those memorials. If you would prefer to add the pictures yourself, I would be most grateful for that generous gift for myself and for others who might be looking for their family memorials. Please contact me off-list at [email protected] for the names of those memorials I have added. Thank you, VirJean Potter Bozarth -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Alice Warner Sent: Monday, April 07, 2008 7:03 PM To: [email protected] Subject: [KYGRAYSO] Caneyville Cemetery I wanted to let you know for any who might be interested, I'm about halfway done indexing the photos I took last summer at Caneyville cemetery. It's quite large as most of you realize. I took a photo of every single marker in the cemetery, and will probably get them online in about a week, at which point I will send a link to this list.
