I can tell you now that Everette was the son of James Francis Salyers and Bettie Parrant, that James Francis was the son of George W. Salyers and his first wife, Mary Ann Francis Bell. George W. Salyers's father was probably Isaac Salyers, married to a second or later wife, Mary Myers or Miers. Mary Myers was the daughter of Melchior Miers of Lexington. Kathryn Salyers is descended from George W. Salyers and his second wife, Sarah Spoonmore.
