Bonnie Pendleton County Court - May Term, 1808: Ordered that WILLIAM CLARK Esquire, be appointed attorney for the Commonwealth in the room if Benjamin Mills, Esquire, resigned. Pendleton County Court - November Term, 1810: Ordered that the following claims be allowed payable out of the next county levy towit: (among others) WM. CLARK Esqr. as atty for county court for his services for this year......$20.00 Pendleton County Court - September Term, 1802: Ordered that JAMES LITTELL, James Goodwin & Elijah NcClanahan be appointed commissioner to let the building of a stone Court House, 24 by 36, and that 300 dollars in cash be levyed for that purpose. Pendleton County Court - FebruaryTerm, 1803: JAMES LITTELL Esq. produced a Commission from the Governor of Commonwealth appointing him sheriff of Pendleton County............
