I HIGHLY recommend the 1858 Grant County Atlas if your have people in Grant Co. at that time. The index is wonderful. I found the property of our gg-grandfather and how it was divided among his heirs. I got my newsprint copy at the Grant County News. (Ken STONE is a great help).
