This may be a long shot but thought you might like to know. There was Benjamin Jump in Baltimore Co., Md. who was dead by 9 June 1752 when bond was adm. on his estate. The reason I think he might be connected is that William Lowe was, also, there. Many of the Lowe family went to Western VA>KY. My line of the Lowe family went to GA. Hi Joy, I was just reading what little I have on them, here it is: William H. Conner - born January 22, 1804 in Delaware; died August 3, 1883 in Grant County. Paulina Nicholson - born April 12, 1812 in Kentucky; died September 26, 1877 in Grant County. (Joy, I got the above information from their tombstone inscriptions I found in the Williamstown Cemetery when I was there a couple of months ago. Funny how things happen; I was looking for the tombstones of my elusive James A. Webb and his wife, Lucinda. I finally found them but lots of dirt and time has made them difficut to read and I had nothing with me to clean them. Anyway, as I was walking back to my car, I turned around to view the area they were in so that I would be able to find it again and when I looked down, right in front of me was William H. and Paulina! They are my ggg grandparents through Martha Ann Conner. Until that point I had no idea when they died or where they were buried! I sure felt lucky that day, should have bought a lottery ticket! My Grant County family are the Jump and Rankin family. My Jump family is George W. Jump 1854-1928 husband of Melvina Eaglin. Melvina was George's 2nd wife.I would love to know the name of his first wife.George's father was William Lowe Jump,born 1815 in Grant county .William was married to Zerrilda (Serrilda) J.
