Foster 1872-1915 married Milly Foster b?-1952 Marshall Foster 1877-? married Dulce Eleanor Foster 1879-? John D. Fosters parents are Payton Foster 1802-1875 & Patsy Perkins 1805-? Are you certain about her parents? I have an Elzina Elmyra Murphy (b. Abt 1848, daughter of James Martin MURPHY b. 25 Dec 1799 in Garrard County, KY d. 4 Apr 1883 Garrard County KY and Paulina EAST b. 1816 Garrard County d. 1892 Buckeye District Garrard County KY) in my family tree. All I have on her is that Elzina Elmyra MURPHY m. John FOSTER but I only have two of their children: Lucian Foster (Female) and Marshall Foster (Male). James Martin MURPHY's parents were John MURPHY b. Abt 1755 SC d. 1826 Garrard County KY who married Mary (Polly) YARBROUGH b. 1792 VA d. 1866 in Garrard County KY. Polly later married Pleasant Andrew WATERS 24 Dec 1831. They later had a son, Thomas WATERS. John MURPHY and Polly YARBROUGH are my G4 Grandparents. Elzina Elmyra is my 1st Cousin 4 Times Removed. John Foster was a son of Peyton and Henrietta Million Foster, Peyton's 1st wife married 24 Dec. 1828. Peyton's 2nd wife was Martha "Patsy" Perkins whom he, as a widower married 1 Nov. 1852. John Foster was born abt. 1832 therefore a son of the first marriage. As to the Elzina Murphy's parents, Jack has it right.
