Dianne, there is a "Charlie Spratt", single, age 33, in Garrard Co KY 1920 census (would be right after your GM was born). He is living with his parents and 2 single siblings also not young, living in Lancaster. That same 1920 Garrard census has a Pruitt family also living in Lancaster, man Lee age 38, wife Nannie age 38, son James age 9, and a NEICE, Mary K age 16. There was no baby listed in this house.
